Google just announced that its current version of Universal Analytics will stop working on July 1st 2023, which means that if you're not using Google Analytics V4 at that time, you won't have access to your website's statistics anymore. What's more, most users like to compare their website statistics with those from the previous year, If you want to continue to be able to do that, you have to make sure you change the version at least 1 year in advance. Although it is possible that some of you already use Google Analytics V4, the vast majority are still using the original version (which was still working very well). To know which version you're using, you need to connect to your Analytics account and verify the code you use. To find your code, once connected, select your Analytics profile by clicking here: Then, you just need to check the code in the properties listing. If you see "UA-" in front of the code, it means you're using the old version (Universal Analytics) and you'll need to upgrade. You can see an example below: As always, if you have any questions, or if you want us to take care of the update for you, don't hesitate to contact us!
