Always looking to connect people (and businesses) together, Facebook just added a new chat functionnality to its Page Plugin.

What exactly does that mean? It means that someone who visits your website will be able to send you a message and you'll receive directly in Messenger. You now have the ability to have complete conversations with your clients directly on your website!

As you can see, it's perfect for any company that takes some sort of reservations and might get last minute requests for modifications (e.g.: restaurants, hotels, beauty salons, etc.).
