PayPal just announced an updated to its policy. By reading the details, you can tell that they're taking advantage of this update to increase its fees at the same time.

Basically, if you're a canadian company and you sell internationally, you can prepare yourself to have your fees increased to at least 3.7%. What's more, it's possible that in some cases, their fees climb up to 5.7% of the value of your transaction.
